I love cooking – it’s as simple as that. Dinner doesn’t have to be boring, or difficult. Sure, there are recipes that I will try once a week that take more than a couple of hours, but generally I don’t have that kind of time each week night. I aim to try 52 new dishes in 52 weeks, but throughout this process I’ve started documenting different meal ideas that are healthy, delicious and simple in the hope to inspire people to try something new!

I love working with new ingredients, hate boring salads, love using produce that is in season, and trying to make recipes with less refined sugar and flour in them. Most of these recipes are simple and there are lots of options for everyday quick meals.
