I love cooking – it’s as simple as that.  Dinner doesn’t have to be boring, or difficult.  Sure, there are recipes that I will try once a week that take more than a couple of hours, but generally I don’t have that kind of time each week night.  I aim to try 52 new dishes in 52 weeks, but throughout this process I’ve started documenting different meal ideas that are healthy, delicious and simple in the hope to inspire people to try something new!
