I love cooking – it’s as simple as that. Dinner doesn’t have to be boring, or difficult. Sure, there are recipes that I will try once a week that take more than a couple of hours, but generally I don’t have that kind of time each week night. I aim to try 52 new dishes in 52 weeks, but throughout this process I’ve started documenting different meal ideas that are healthy, delicious and simple in the hope to inspire people to try something new!
Last night's #alltastenowaste dinner, with delicious food by @jacqui_challinor and @stewart_wesson - made from commonly wasted food around the house such as milk (transformed into ricotta) herbs, prawn shells (used for a prawn oil), pork jowl to make mortadella and ripe bananas in the dessert. Fantastic cause with all proceeds going to @ozharvest #lovefoodhatewaste @electroluxau @nomadsydney
